Operator and scope
Jupiter Digital Marketing LLC operates Label Desk for Etsy and the connected Labelistan services. This notice covers the Chrome extension and shipping/account data it exchanges with those services. Information we process
We process Label Desk account identifiers and email; sign-in credentials when you submit them, session/refresh credentials and optional multi-factor verification; authorized Etsy shop names, nicknames and shop IDs; order/receipt identifiers, customer names, sender/recipient postal addresses and contact details present in shipping data; parcel weight, dimensions, packaging and ship date; relevant order items needed for packing slips; selected services, quotes and approved totals; purchase/operation identifiers, timestamps, errors, label PDFs, tracking numbers, completion evidence, cancellation and refund status. Wallet views process balances, credit/payment reference codes, amounts, dates and confirmation status. We also process the supported Etsy page URL and limited shipping-page content/evidence needed to identify the order, display offers and confirm tracking. Server services may process connection and security metadata necessary to operate and protect the service.
Purposes and user control
These data are used to authenticate users, identify authorized shops/orders, obtain shipping quotes, purchase approved labels, produce documents, reserve/debit or credit the shared wallet, enter approved Etsy tracking, prevent duplicate purchases/credits, reconcile uncertain provider results, review refunds, support users and protect the service. Required package information must be complete before quotes. The user approves the selected purchase and automatic tracking behavior before purchase. Tracking entry can complete an Etsy order and cause Etsy to notify the buyer. Merely creating a Zelle reference does not transfer money or add credit.
Who receives data
Shipping and account requests go over HTTPS to Label Desk services, including labeldeskpro.labelistan.com and the shared backend. The service shares shipment details with the configured shipping providers/carriers necessary to quote, buy and service the selected label; configured providers may include ByeLabel, Easyship, ShipDad and Veeqo. Necessary hosting/network processing is provided through Render and Cloudflare. Payment features can use Stripe and bank-confirmation integrations such as Plaid; the extension itself does not collect bank login credentials or card numbers. An external payment/bank service may process information under its own notice when you choose to use it. Authorized users/admins access records according to account/shop permissions. Data may also be disclosed as required by applicable law or to protect the service. We do not sell extension user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for unrelated marketing. We do not use extension data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
Browser storage and passwords
The extension does not save your password. It sends credentials to Label Desk during sign-in and clears the password field after submission. Access credentials use Chrome session storage; the remembered account email and rotating/revocable refresh credential use trusted-extension-only Chrome local storage. Remembered sessions are bounded by server expiry and inactivity rules. These records are not Chrome Sync settings and are not available to Etsy page scripts. Chrome profile storage is not a guarantee of protection from someone who controls your operating-system account. Signing out removes the saved refresh credential and requests server revocation.
Cloud storage, retention and deletion
Account-wide and shop-specific sender settings persist on the server across computers, sign-out and uninstall, until changed or removed by an authorized user. Purchase, wallet, refund and tracking records/documents persist to provide shipping history, reconcile transactions and meet applicable accounting, dispute and legal obligations; uninstalling does not erase these records. Unpurchased browser observations are eligible for cleanup after one day when new observations are imported; this is not a guarantee that every record is erased exactly at 24 hours. Purchase-linked observations follow purchase-record retention. Sensitive production repository payloads use application-level encrypted PostgreSQL storage; necessary operational metadata and access logs are handled separately. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We verify account authorization and identify any records that must be retained for an active transaction, dispute or applicable obligation. Some retained transaction and backup records may not be immediately removable; we will explain applicable limitations when handling a request.
Etsy access and local exports
The extension operates on supported Etsy seller pages and does not collect Etsy passwords, Etsy session cookies, unrelated browsing history or advertising identifiers. It includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Automatic operations use the existing Etsy browser session without exporting its cookies. Export Etsy screen is an explicit user action that creates a local diagnostic text file; it can include buyer/order data. It is not automatically uploaded by the export feature. Review and redact it before voluntarily sharing it with support or another party.
Security and service limitations
Network transmission uses HTTPS. Account permissions, shop/order identity checks, transaction locks, revocable sessions and purchase approval controls restrict access and duplicate operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The extension does not download executable code to add features; Chrome Web Store updates deliver the store edition code. External service behavior, bank updates, label availability and Etsy page changes can affect completion.
Choices and changes
You can sign out, remove the extension, manage site access in Chrome, change sender settings or disconnect a shop. Disconnecting a shop preserves existing shipping and financial records. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its published version; functionality requiring additional permission or consent will be handled accordingly. Label Desk is independent of Etsy and Google.
