Keep your shipping moving.

Open the extension icon and check your sign-in. In Chrome, confirm that site access allows Etsy and the Label Desk service. After updating the extension, refresh the Etsy tab. Confirm that the detected shop belongs to your Label Desk account. Do not disconnect and re-add a shop just to retry a temporary connection error.

Complete the required package weight, dimensions and sender address first. Confirm the correct Etsy shop and order are selected. Use Refresh prices & account if available. A missing Etsy price does not by itself prevent Label Desk quotes. If the issue remains, send the extension version and exact error to support.

If the result is unconfirmed, do not buy another label for the same shipment. The provider may still have created it. Keep the saved operation and contact support with the order number and any request ID shown. A confirmed rejection with no label may offer Correct details & request prices again. Use that option only when the result is confirmed.

Check the PDF state in Purchase progress or Label history. If a label has already been bought, retry document retrieval; do not buy a new label to obtain a PDF. Allow Chrome to open the document or print view. If it stays pending, contact support with the order number, purchase time and error message.

Keep the correct Etsy shop session open. Use Retry tracking only or the batch tracking retry action; these actions reuse the purchased label. Do not overwrite a different tracking number already on the order. UniUni uses Other as the Etsy carrier. If Etsy shows a different layout or requires attention, contact support before buying another label.

Open Label history to search your authorized shops and download available PDFs or packing slips. Use row selections for supported bulk document actions. Credit History shows your payment references, amounts and confirmation status. The extension and web panel use the same account wallet and payment records.

Check Credit History and your payment reference. Sending money and bank confirmation are separate steps; a bank or confirmation delay can postpone matching. Do not send a second payment just because confirmation is pending. Contact support with the LD reference, amount and payment date; do not send bank login credentials or a full bank statement.

Check the cancellation/refund action and status in Label history. A different tracking number must be saved on the Etsy order before the extension can submit an eligible refund request. Refunds depend on unused-label checks, applicable provider rules and the configured waiting period. A cancellation request is not an immediate or guaranteed wallet refund.

Chrome manages approved updates for the Chrome Web Store edition. If an old Etsy tab reports Extension context invalidated, refresh that tab after the update. A manually loaded folder edition uses a different installation/update process. Moving to a new extension ID may require sign-in again; server-side wallet and shipping history remain associated with your account.
